1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Flow CRM Software as a Service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flow CRM is an advanced, AI-driven customer relationship management platform designed for high-performance sales teams. Features include, but are not limited to, the Neural Command Center, AI-assisted data entry, automated pipeline management (Kanban), and Digital Twin outbound communication ("Holiday Mode").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice to you.

3. User Accounts & Obligations

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys that you use to access the Service.
  • You agree not to disclose your password or access credentials to any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. Payments are processed securely via our integration partners (e.g., Stripe).

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flow Intelligence GmbH and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Germany and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flow Intelligence GmbH, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and
  • (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
